Many of the usual scoop rinsers used leave much to desire with respect to the hygiene requirements – especially in summer, impureness finds rich feading grounds here. Dirty rinsing water passes from the scoop to the ice cream. On the other hand pure through-flow systems have high water consumption and so involve high costs.
The new i.SpatulaShower is designed to perfectly clean all types of ice-cream scoops and spatulas with a minimum consumption of water.
Function
The water valves are opened by pressing the scoop/spatula on the activation disc. The scoop/spatula is always rinsed with fresh water from the discharge nozzles on the sides. Rinsing water runs away immediately. On removing the scoop/spatula from the activation disc the water valves are automatically closed again by the water pressure.

Use of an automatic shut-off valve enables in average more than 50% water savings to be achieved compared to traditional
dipper well systems with continuous water flow.
More hygiene – improved quality
The ice-cream scoop or spatula is always rinsed with freshwater.
i.SpatulaShower can be disassembled quickly and completely. This enables a comfortable and easy cleaning of the
rinsing container as well as the spray rinsing unit itself even from inside without requiring to uninstall the complete device.
